For medical and allied health
Medical & Allied Health is a world
of its own
Medical billing, compliance deadlines, patient communications, item numbers, provider numbers. It takes someone who already knows the landscape.
Your patients deserve your full attention. So does your practice
Behind every well run practice is someone who understands the detail.
I have spent over 27 years in medical administration. I know how a practice runs, what it needs, and what happens when the operational side isn’t properly owned.
Billing, correspondence, rostering, patient management and everything in between, is handled accurately, quietly and efficiently.

You simply hand it over.”
Who I work with
Every kind of practice, in expert hands.
Therapy practices are a big part of my week. Psychologists and counsellors run on details there is no room for between sessions. But the same is true of imaging, GP, physio, podiatry and every allied health clinic: appointments, referrals, claims and correspondence. If that is your practice, this is my work.
On Halaxy I do the setup properly: fee library, claiming, reminders and templates. I stay on to run it if you would rather never touch it again.
How it works
Three steps, no leap of faith.
-
1
A short call
A free 20-minute conversation about your practice: what’s working, what’s piling up, and what you’d hand over first. No pitch, no pressure, and a straight answer if I’m not the right fit.
-
2
A clear plan
You get a straightforward proposal in writing: what I take over, the hours it needs, and what it costs, tailored to your scope rather than a one-size package. Nothing starts until you’ve agreed to a clear figure.
-
3
A smooth handover
We set up access, I learn how your practice runs, and the first tasks come off your plate in the first week. From there you have one point of contact who already knows how you work.
Fully insured
Professional Indemnity, Public Liability and Cyber and Privacy Protection. Certificates available on request.
Confidentiality as standard
I work across industries where confidentiality is non-negotiable. Client and patient matters stay exactly where they belong.

Common questions
Before you book.
What does it cost?
Pricing is tailored to the hours and scope you actually need. A few hours of claiming each week looks nothing like full practice management, and you shouldn’t pay for a package built around someone else’s practice. On the intro call we work out what you’d hand over and the hours it realistically takes, and you get a clear figure in writing before anything starts. No surprises, and if I’m not the right fit I’ll say so on the call.
Do you work inside our practice management software?
Yes. I work directly in your system rather than sending you spreadsheets to re-enter. Halaxy is the one I know best, including the parts most practices never finish setting up. If you use something else, tell me on the call and I will be straight with you about how quickly I can be useful in it.
How do you handle patient information?
The same way a practice manager does. Access is limited to what the work requires, nothing is stored outside your systems, and I carry Cyber and Privacy Protection insurance alongside Professional Indemnity and Public Liability. Certificates are available on request.
Are you an agency or one person?
A boutique practice, not an agency. The work sits with me, and when a job calls for extra hands I bring in trusted support and oversee it personally. You deal with me every time, and you never have to explain your practice twice.
What size practice do you work with?
Sole practitioners through to multi-practitioner clinics. The work changes shape with the size, but the problem is usually the same: the operational side is being done in the gaps by someone whose real job is something else.
How do we start?
A free introductory call. No pitch and no pressure. We talk about what is actually taking your time, and if I am not the right fit I will say so on that call rather than three weeks later.
